Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.

Wild Aromantics is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or delays caused by weather, holidays, or postal service disruptions.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
